Booking & Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Confirmation & Advance Payment

To confirm your homestay or tour package reservation, an advance deposit (typically 30% to 50% of the total package value) is required. The balance payment must be cleared prior to or upon arrival as per the agreed itinerary terms.

2. Cancellation Charges

• 30 days or more before travel: 10% administrative processing fee deducted.
• 15 to 29 days before travel: 30% of total package cost deducted.
• 7 to 14 days before travel: 50% of total package cost deducted.
• Less than 7 days before travel: No refund available due to advance homestay & vehicle lock-ins.

3. Rescheduling Policy

Subject to homestay availability and season peak rates, date changes can be requested at least 15 days prior to your travel date without cancellation penalties.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed via secure digital payment to the guest's bank account within 7 to 10 working days.
